Ron is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry. Prior to joining The Berg Group, Ron served as the president and CEO at Haldeman-Homme, Inc. from 2015 – 2020.  During his 24 years at Haldeman-Homme, Inc., he held multiple positions during his tenure there, including Executive VP of Sales and Operations, Director and Trustee. He has a strong track record of success in turnaround and fast-paced organizations. Ron utilizes keen analysis and insights and a team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex (sales, human resources, legal, financial, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance. Rich history of success and career advancement in sales, marketing, and organizational development. Experience includes client relationship management, sales and business development, effective strategy development and execution, national business diversification and expansions through organic investments as well and mergers and acquisitions, employee compensation program design, and employee leadership training. Ron lives in Elk River with his wife and five children.
