Abbott Northwestern Hospital Case Study

Project Overview

Backed by Allina Health’s philosophy of whole-person care, Abbott Northwestern Hospital’s bold stride towards campus revitalization has initiated a grand venture in the Surgical and Critical Care Pavilion (SCCP). This monumental addition, encompassing 690,000 square feet across ten stories, is set to redefine the standards of critical care within the community. It is meticulously designed to replace the hospital’s current operating rooms and establish sophisticated new care environments for patients, visitors, and staff. Emphasizing Allina Health’s dedication to environmental stewardship, the SCCP is on course to achieve LEED certification, reflecting a future where healthcare and sustainability go hand in hand.
